corn tortillas, pizza sauce, (part skim) mozzarella, mushrooms briefly sauteed in olive oil and butter, a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano.
I’ll let it cook just a teeny bit longer next time until the cheese is properly bubbly and the tortilla is browned. I think I was so excited to eat it that I got impatient.
tomorrow I’m going on a work field trip. lunch is supposedly provided and we’ve been told there’ll be beer. I’ve got three bars (2 Kind, 1 Lara) and a bunch of cheesesticks. this will probably suck.
